Granstar motorcycles are assembled in Mandaue, Cebu, Batanggas and Davao City. Distribution is done through multi-brand national and exclusive Granstar outlets, many of which are Company-Owned or Company-Operated (COCO). To date, there are more than 80 company-owned or company-operated outlets located in Metro Manila, Northern, Central and Southern Luzon; Metro Cebu, the Visayas and Western Mindanao; and Northern and Southern Mindanao.
